This paper is the result of two generic TNA
workshops, meetings and field visits with participants from
various local institutions. This paper provides a generic
training program for organisational staff members.
Chapter 1 presents a description of the methodology used
to prepare the Training Plan for the NACRMP. It covers the
objectives of this activity as well as the steps to accomplish
the task. A description of the institutional, geographic,
personal and socio-cultural factors impacting on and shaping
Training Plans are presented in Chapter 2. Chapter 3 contains
a description of a plan for local, in-country training.
Chapter 4 follows with a description of the National and
International training programs and it also includes a Training
Plan Schedule for the 1998/99 training activities. Chapter
5 concludes with a brief analysis of other issues pertinent
to the training program of NACRMP.
